Avantgarde Acoustic horn loudspeakers are always something special. The manufacturer from the Odenwald deliberately relies on the sound-enhancing properties of the horn shape, copied from nature, because this makes it possible to build speakers that come as close as possible to the musical live experience. Seamless dynamics, brute volume and physically noticeable pressure convey these technical masterpieces just as naturally as the finest details on the edge of the threshold of perception. Every single component, every cable connection, every detail of the TRIO was critically checked, assessed and optimized without regard to costs. Since its appearance, the TRIO has been considered one of the best loudspeakers worldwide. And the LUXURY is the best TRIO that has ever existed.
In addition to the perfected inner values, there are some changes that are visible at first glance, such as the high-quality wooden frame with smoked oak veneer and stainless steel, which the professionals at MWE Edelstahlmanufaktur contribute. If desired, the stainless steel parts can also be coated with a 24K real gold layer.
The Avantgarde Acoustic TRIO LUXURY unites 26 years of experience in building horn loudspeakers and the highest level of craftsmanship with the aim of delivering the best possible result. As part of "Ideas For Interiors 2017", the annual in-house exhibition of the Hamburger Speicherwerkstatt, at the beginning of December a select audience had the opportunity to see this exceptional loudspeaker. Armin Krauss from Avantgarde Acoustic gave a charming and competent guide through the demonstration and then patiently answered the numerous questions from those present.
