HIGH END 2015 - The report

by Olaf Adam

Four exciting days in Munich are behind us, and once again the HIGH END has set new records as a trade fair. More than 20,000 visitors roamed the exhibition halls and demonstration rooms, where manufacturers from 42 countries presented their innovations. The HIGH END once again demonstrated its top international position as the most important hi-fi trade fair in the world with the enormous number of European and world premieres that were presented to the public in Munich. Whether it's the bold new Phase 3 concept from Burmester, the new Extreme DAC DAVE from Chord Electronics, the Audio Physic Avanti in precious wood or the massive Fischer & Fischer SN / SL 770.1 AMT - there are more exciting innovations to see and hear than most visitors Had brought time. The queues in front of most of the demonstrations were correspondingly long, and we didn't always have the time to wait everywhere. That is why the overview below is a highly subjective selection; We are sure to have forgotten or overlooked one or the other exciting product (point to the pictures for further information, one click starts the slide show). But that's not a big problem, because everything that deserves further attention will come to us in Hamm or Munich in the next few weeks anyway. And it sounds much more relaxed than at a full trade fair anyway. For the sake of completeness: Click here for our HIGH END preview.
